OUTURE MADE TO ORDER SERVICE

To order a headpiece, it is necessary to make an appointment. While it is preferable to place orders in person, I will also take orders by phone or email.
All headpieces take approximately three to six weeks to complete.
Peak times throughout the year are during Spring and Winter so advanced orders are recommended to avoid disappointment.
If your order is urgent please advise me when you book your first appointment.
On average two consultations are required during the construction stage. It is advisable to bring your outfit, fabric samples and accessories to your first fitting.
I am able to source all materials but if you have your own fabric, I am more than happy to incorporate it into your headpiece.
A 50% deposit will be required to commence your order with the remaining balance due upon completion.

ROM THE COLLECTION PAGE

Prior to ordering, please contact me to confirm availability of hats styles from the collection page.
All hats are one off pieces and will not be duplicated. If a particular style is required, alterations in colour or trim can be made.
The hats on the collection page are a standard head fitting of 22.5 inches but the majority are able to be re-sized within a small margin. Small head pieces have no head fitting.
Your head measurement and the colour of your hair will be required for colour matching with the hat elastic. To ensure a firm hold to the head, a small silver comb, hat elastic, and elastic hair pin loops are sewn inside all hats and headpieces.
To measure your head fitting, place a tape measure in a straight line comfortably around your head just above your ears. I’m happy to receive these measurements in either inches or centimetres.
The colours represented on your computer monitor may not be a true indication of the fabric colours used in the headpieces. Therefore, fabric samples are available upon request. Please don’t hesitate to call or email me for further information.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
